Throughout the engagement, the agency provides ongoing support to both
the client and the virtual assistant(s). They serve as a point of contact for any
questions, concerns, or issues that may arise and facilitate regular check-ins
to ensure the collaboration is running smoothly.
8. Feedback and Performance Evaluation:
The agency collects feedback from both the client and the virtual assistant(s)
to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. This feedback
loop helps maintain high-quality service delivery and ensures the needs of
both parties are being met.
9. Adjustments and Scaling:
Based on feedback and evolving client needs, the agency may make
adjustments to the virtual assistant arrangement, such as assigning additional
tasks, introducing new virtual assistants, or scaling up the support as
required.
