ENDORSMENT TO CLIENT VA MATCHMAKING AND ONBOARDING ENDORSMENT TO CLIENT

4. Client Interviews:
The client may conduct interviews with the introduced virtual assistants to
further assess their suitability for the role. During the interviews, the client
can discuss their specific requirements, expectations, and evaluate how well
the virtual assistants understand their needs. (24 Hours response time from
VA’s)

5. Selection and Agreement:
After the interviews, the client selects the virtual assistant(s) they feel most
comfortable working with. The agency facilitates the agreement process, which
may include signing contracts, agreeing on terms of service, and setting
expectations for both parties.

6. Onboarding and Training:
Once the selection is made, the agency coordinates the onboarding process for
the client and the chosen virtual assistant(s). This may involve providing access
to necessary tools and systems, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring
both parties are aligned on workflow and communication protocols.
